I ended up sticking another 350 in it. Not sure where the noise was coming from in the other motor....I didn't find anything wrong/hurt.

Time for another motor rebuild. I was never happy with the replacement motor and stock torque convertor. I bought a set of used Sportsman 2 heads at the spring redneck rumble.
