Hello, I have a question on Illinois bumper laws. Are front and rear bumper required and if so, what constitutes a bumper? Thanks.

Don't know about Illinois. Where I live if it's more than 25 years old it falls under "Antique" "Street Rod" or "Special Interest" categories - no bumpers required. No mufflers or fenders either. -
