59 T - 7006 drive shaft

I want to replace my column shift 3 speed transmission with a 59 T - 7006 floor shift transmission. What do I need for a drive shaft? My current drive shaft has a slip yoke and the 59 T - 7006 takes a universal joint. Can I make my current shaft work?
