Ok guys I'll fly the New Zealand Flag.
Here's my garage art / project (been a bit of a standstill life getting in the way haha)
454 Chevy, 4 speed gear box and 9 inch 3.9 gears .

Great! Glad to hear you are using a big block.....even though they are plentiful as hell here in the USA most people still fool around with little 350 mouse motors. What kind of 4 speed are you using?

Old Salt - Had heaps of small blocks,
but reliabity has been an issue when you get big horsepower from them.
Hence the reason for the big block 550 hp without breaking a sweat.
It's going to be a ford top loader gearbox.
Has a ford single rail at the moment same mounting bolts etc.

Have got myself in gear again and picking away at the to do list HAHa
I'm finally striping down for final welding here is some pics.

It's Hard to start, even harder to keep running, rattles, smells and is frign LOUD!!!

Just finished doing some donuts in the paddock.

Want to mount the radiator in the tray and need to mount the grill,
bonnet and silly things like brake lights etc
But it's driving

Sweet looking ride so far. Once you get the grill on then it will be even better. Get that thing road worthy and cruise the town
