    • Getting the little things squared away...
      who knows hydroboost brake boosters..
mine was used when I installed it, and it always has, when I fire up the brake pedal sucks down a couple inches... and the brakes drag slightly... is it a bad booster or does hydraulic back pressure play a big role in how these operate... may have about 200 psi back pressure at the outlet port to my power steering valve..

What do you think of my dome light...? :)

      • Doing up little things...
        this project is nearing completion!!
It will never be "done" but getting it inspected and on the road legally will be a huge 10+ year milestone.

Not much to update but things like a little diff cover leak that needed some silicone.

my hydroboost was giving me issues, upon start up the pedal would drop a couple inches making the brakes drag, tried another booster.. same thing, turns out I had 40 to 50psi back pressure in my return line at the "vent" of the booster... just how I had it plumbed, there can be zero back pressure at that vent on a hydroboost, solved the problem by adding a dedicated return to tank line.

Made up a couple panels to finish off the cab, would have loved to put a solid filler in, but where I sit would give a monster blind spot.

        • The details are where it's at. To name a few of my favs- roof design, side window design, the anvil ornament on the grill shell, the polished brass grill of the siren... Stitching on the tail gate is sick.

Could spend quite a bit of time looking this over. Right on dude.

          Stay warm up there!
