Painted, complete drive train in, cab and grill mounted, project is rolling right along. Got a new 302 with a baby cam and 90 mustang heads. Also installed a stage 2 C-4 trans. I purchased a Hurst ratchet shifter at a super bargain price. Still got a long ways to go but I'm getting closer.

There's a lot of Willys pick up out there. I found this one a couple blocks from my home. I wanted to start with a 30's Ford, but couldn't find one. In the long run, I'm glad I ended up with the Willys. I think it's more unique than an old Ford.

Patched the hole in the floor and extended the stock shifter console. I have a Hurst ratchet shifter for my C4 trans. Cut the spot welds and removed the uprights from the stock bed. Cut the top rails and made a complete new bed with those parts. This bed is a little over one inch wider so it can sit over the frame.

I had seen the pictures of the flat top and liked it, thought it was really cool. Bought a cab from Lowbudget50 just today for a project and will cut the top like you did. Keep up the good work and post more photos.
