make a fake bill of sale, you bought it from alabama, the dmv will make you one. you will have a out of state check done by a cop, just to make sure its not hot. then your good to go

I have a Wisconsin,cleara and open title fpr 64 Olds 4 door, ID# starts with 884. This indicates it is actually a 98 but the model is not indicated on title, only "4dr" for 4 door.Cost is $125 and I use Paypal. Sold for collecting purposes only ofcourse. Thanks Lloyd
