I found two '39 Ford trucks today. The camera did not have a card in it so no pics yet. They are both at the same place in Danielsville Georgia. The first one has the complete flat head and a decent cab but the frame is missing from behind the cab back. The second is a complete truck with a flathead. I think these would make one awesome vehicle for the right person. I can give you more info if you email me. These trucks are not mine and I hope I'm not braking any rules telling you folks about them. I thought someone on here might be interested in this cool find. Have a great rest of the weekend.

I doubt if they run, one would roll with some tires, the cabs are in decent shape and the motors are complete along with transmissions and rear ends. He wants 2500.00 for the pair.

Old Car City is pretty good but the guy is high$. They have some decent stuff. He had a couple old pick ups on one of the lots, probably still does. He had a 62 Galaxy 4 door that was in decent shape too, He has tons of old stuff. I love going to that place. I live maybe 20-30 minutes from it and gho anytime I get the chance just to look. He has odd hours. Open mon, tues, thurs, fri. like 9-5 and usually gone for lunch 12-1.

There's also a place in Rockmart. It has a big purple building that you can see from the road. I'm trying to remember the name, it's on the tip of my tongue. Ah hell, I'll get the name and get back to ya.
It's Johnny Summervilles or Summervilles junkyard in rockmart. lots of old cars.

That is the Alonzo Wade junkyard, the number for it is 1-706-778-6400. I'm sure there's something in those acreas worth saving.

went to franklin,n.c last week and on the way home stopped in Commerce, g.a and theres a yard next to 441 and 334 called haynes salvage, they have their newer stuff on(1970+) the front 100? acres and the older (1952-?)stuff on the back forty you can see from 441. its a ***** going back their with tools, trust me.what there's a bunch of mid '50s ford at least 15 mid 60's galaxies,a few late 50's Plymouths, 6 or 7 old Lincolns and a couple of trucks and i saw one really good truck cab. i think their a bit to expensive, but what do i know about the region pricing. happy hunting
