Illinois ... I'm new to the killbillet and to rat rodding just picked up my first project 1954 chevy truck got a long way to go but I don't have a title I live in Illinois they do not have inspections or anything like that .. What can I do before I spend money to fix this up and then can't drive it because of no tilte
